Danielle McLaughlin joined Monahan Law Practice in April of 2011, as the Crime Victim Civil Litigation Paralegal. Danielle has vast experience working for major Center City law firms as a Paralegal and has an extensive background in mass tort litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and wrongful death cases. Danielle is not only well versed in the practice and procedures of State and Federal Courts, but our clients have found her to be a caring and compassionate advocate for their cases.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College in Philadelphia where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Danielle has been a Register Notary Public for the past eight years.
Originally from Philadelphia, Danielle currently lives in Chester County with her husband, young son and three dogs.
