Kathy Boyer

Kathy Boyer joined Monahan Law Practice as a paralegal in 1991 and has been a key component to the success of the practice since that time. Not only is she an invaluable assistant to Dan Monahan in the handling of your case, she is also that pleasant voice that greets you and deals with some of your immediate needs and questions in the event that Mr. Monahan is not available.

Kathy is a life-long resident of Chester County, where she still resides with her husband, Eric, and her two children along with her favorite family member, her dog Marley.

Kathy graduated, magna cum laude, from Immaculata University in Malvern, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University and has been Notary Public for the past 16 years.
