Mall Shooting in Georgia Injures Two

Two unidentifed victims were shot inside the Greenbriar Mall in soutwest Atlanta over the weekend when thousands normally begin their traditional Christmas shopping.

Police reported that three or four shots were fired and when the gunfire ended, two people were injured with wounds to their legs who were then taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.

According to the general manager there were additional officers posted, including bike units, because of the holiday shopping. He say this shooting happened despite security presence.
