Woman sexually assaulted in apartment invasion in West Philadelphia near U of P

An armed man forced a woman into a unit at the University of Pennsylvania campus apartments in the 4400 block of Spruce Street on December, 19, 2008.  The armed man duct taped her and her roommate then robbed them and sexually assaulted at least one of them.

Penn Community is advised to be careful and aware of their surroundings and not to open your door to any unknown persons.  The apartments where the women lived are located just off the University of Pennsylvania campus.  Monahan Law Office P.C. represents crime victims who have been assaulted and injured in cases like this that often involve inadequate security of the premises.
