Q:

What is my Insurance Company Required to Pay?

A:

The Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law only minimally requires vehicle owners to insure $15,000 for bodily injury to one person per accident and $30,000 for bodily injury for more than one person per accident and $5,000 for property damage per accident.  In addition, the only other mandatory insurance is a requirement to additionally carry $5,000 in medical benefits for the registered owner.
