Girard Bridge Crash Leaves One Dead in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police are investigating a deadly crash on the Girard Point Bridge in South Philadelphia overnight. Apparently, a car broke down on the bridge and was hit from behind by a UPS truck.  The car burst into flames.
