Class-action status sought for Delaware victims of alleged pedophile pediatrician
As reported in the Wilmington News Journal (4/5, Barrish), lawyers are seeking possible victims to form a class-action suit against the alleged pedophile pediatrician Earl B. Bradley and other defendants, including Beebe Medical Center and the Medical Society of Delaware. Their current suit is on behalf of a 12-year-old girl who claims to have been abused by Bradley, though her lawyers suspect that more victims may exist.
