Modification or change in the amount of workers' compensation benefits can only be accomplished under specific circumstances

  • The following circumstances modify the right to weekly wage loss (or indemnity) benefits:

    Increase or decease in disability when employee is not working.
  • Risk of recurrence of disability if the employee were to return to work.
  • Return to work with loss of earnings.
  • Earning power assessment performed by a vocational expert.
  • Proof of work availability.
  • Specific losses.
  • Impairment Rating Evaluation.
