Pittsburgh diocese sued after molestation victim’s suicide

As reported by the AP (7/29), relatives of a man who committed suicide at the age of 39 after the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh stopped paying for his mental health treatments are suing the church. The man, who was an alleged clergy abuse victim, had been receiving treatments paid for by the church until his second suicide attempt. After the treatments stopped, it was not long before he attempted suicide and succeeded.
